Hello Devora:
I got the video today and "Keep It Movin'" has to be the most awesome
hip-hop dance workout I've ever seen.
The hip-hop dance moves were easy for a beginner like me. But it's also
easy for people who want to know the latest dance moves. So that they can
try it out at a club or a party.
I put on my workout clothes and had a water bottle nearby before I put the
tape in. I like your overall presentation and the dancers with their
various styles of workout clothes. At least there's a sense of humor along
with the dance routines. I like the fact that you care about your
audience. And that you show a dance move in slow motion before taking it
to the next level.
It was beneficial that Tom the Health professional was there to walk around
and see to the dancers in case there was any question or inquiry as to
whether "Keep It Movin'" was a safe video to work out on. This is the
first time that I did the workout and I didn't injure myself.
I just want to thank you and the Wansome? Dance Club for "Keep It Movin".
I'm definitely going to do this 3 times a week as part of my workout
routine. I wish you and Wansome? Success and Prosperity."
